Two exceptional Site Managers were presented with the coveted 'The Bricks' Site Recognition Awards this week.
Gary Wilson and Donn Archer from LABC Warranty visited two sites to personally present the awards to Mark Cain and Duncan Howlett. The first presentation took place at Chapel Meadows in Bothel, where Mark Cain was recognised for his exemplary site management. This was followed by a visit to Strawberry Meadows in Wigton where Duncan Howlett received his award.

Unlike many industry awards, The Bricks are not open for public entry. Instead, winners are selected by LABC Warranty’s inspection team, who assess developments across the country. This makes the recognition especially meaningful, as it reflects consistent excellence observed first-hand by industry professionals.
